Emerald and Ruby packages select from the highlighted portion of the menu only. If you are choosing a non-highlighted option, a $5 per selection upcharge applies. All items carrying an additional upcharge (in parentheses after the price) apply to all packages.
Additional entrée selections are $5 per guest per selection for highlighted items / $8 per guest per selection for non-highlighted items, and $2.50 per side-potato, vegetable or side pasta for highlighted items per guest per selection — and $4.00 per side-potato, vegetable or side pasta for non-highlighted items per guest per selection.
